EDUCATION

I grew up in Tinley Park Illinois where I graduated from Tinley Park High School in 1978.

I was not very serious about school but was good at sports!

That's not me, that's Fletch! We do have a sense of humor that we use, it's great for training! And the picture does represent this time of my life.

I received an Associate’s degree in NDT from Moraine Valley Community College in 1982.

I played basketball and enrolled in auto mechanics but switched to NDT.

I still did not have good study habits or get good grades.

I received a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle in 1991.

During this time my first Child was born and I became a serious student.

I learned about the psychology of learning and critical thinking.

I used my new skills to study quicker and spend more time with my family. I aimed for B's for the employer reimbursement but got some A's by mistake!

I received a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on Quality Assurance, from the University of Central Florida in 2000.

During this time I completed my Calculus requirements and refined my study techniques.

I discovered memorization techniques could be applied to Math and Science also!
